March 2022 — June 2023

Landor is the world’s largest branding agency, and I was the Creative Director for the Australian studio. I managed and mentored a team of Design Directors and Senior Designers on all aspects of brand design.

  • As the design group leader, I shaped our creative vision and gave clear direction on all creative projects.

  • Mentoring roles encouraged cross-category involvement, motivated and nurtured talent, and fostered a culture of creativity and collaboration within the studio.

  • Working closely with the strategy team and other departments fostered a culture of productive collaboration with exciting results.

  • Upholding the agency’s high standards was paramount as the leader of creative excellence. I also championed our creative vision and efforts both externally and internally.


October 2022

On the winning pitch team for Brisbane’s upcoming 2032 Olympic Games, my role primarily focused on our approach to the visual design of the game’s identity. I showcased Landor’s track record of creating emblems for the Olympic Games.

July 2019 — March 2022

KPMG Digital Experiences - Lead Product Designer / Creative Director

As the Creative Director of KPMG’s Digital Experiences division, I led a talented UX and UI designer team. Our division was responsible for many excellent end-to-end digital products.

  • I led the process of designing Digital Products, from immersive research to crafting stunning final designs.

  • I oversaw the production of all digital products on time and within budget.

  • Clear communication lines mean speaking to clients directly and working with them, ensuring they are engaged emotionally with the ideas.

  • I inspire and empower high-performing creative teams that consistently strive for excellence. I identify, coach, and champion employee talent that optimises their true potential.


July 2013 — July 2019

Love Agency was an agency that specialised in the design and development of apps and websites. The agency was acquired in 2019 by KPMG to become KPMG Digital Experiences.

As Creative Director, I led the design team to achieve excellence and create award-winning apps for Android and iOS platforms.

Over the course of ten years, Elastic Digital grew into a global company with 42 employees spread over the United States, Europe, Australia and Japan. As one of the founders, I was there from the beginning to realise the creative side of the company.
